Delete your account
Franchise Commander is an invite-only tool used by franchise staff of HHD Limited (Trading as Roll’d). You can delete your account and the personal information held about you at any time.
If you can still sign in
Sign in, open Profile, and choose Delete account at the bottom of the page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you have lost access
Email us from the address your account was registered under, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Your user account and login, your name, email address, phone number, job position and assigned locations, your notification preferences, and your training points, badges and leaderboard history are all permanently deleted.
If you applied to become a franchisee, your application record and any documents you uploaded with it are deleted in full.
What is kept, and why
Food safety and health-and-safety records must be retained by the business under New Zealand law — including Food Control Plan records, temperature logs, cleaning and opening checklists, inspections, hazard and incident reports, risk assessments, and health-and-safety induction records.
These records are kept, but they are anonymised: your name and email address are removed and replaced with “Deleted user”, so the record can no longer be connected back to you. Records of training you completed are retained on the same anonymised basis.
